Candy Claws $10,000 Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter Details

The promoter is Candy Group Pty Ltd (ABN: 96 675 944 484), located at 401/65 Linton Street, Kangaroo Point QLD 4169. For all queries, contact: support@candyclaws.com.au.

 

2. Promotion Period

The Candy Claws $10,000 Giveaway commences on 1 September 2025 at 8:00am AEST and closes on 30 September 2025 at 5:00pm AEST (“Promotional Period”).

 

3. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to Australian residents only.
  • No minimum age to enter. (For persons under 18 years, parental/guardian consent is required to be eligible to enter the lottery and claim a prize.)
  • Employees of the Promoter, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
  • Entry is not open to customers residing outside of Australia.

 

4. How to Enter

  • Entry is automatic with any purchase made via www.candyclaws.com.au during the Promotional Period.
  • Entry details are as below:

Orders up to $49.99 will receive 1 entry

Orders from $50 to $99.99 will receive 3 entries

Orders from $100 + will receive 5 entries

  • These amounts are inclusive of shipping amounts, but exclusive of all discounts applied.

  • There is no limit to the number of entries a customer can receive.
  • Entries will be voided or reduced proportionally if an order is refunded (partially or in full) prior to the draw.

 

5. Prize Details

  • There will be one (1) winner.
  • The winner will receive a $10,000 AUD cash prize, paid via electronic bank transfer.
  • The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.

 

6. Draw Details

  • The draw will take place on 3 October 2025 at 1pm AEST, and will be conducted using a randomised electronic selection method from a compiled entry range spreadsheet based on order values.
  • The draw will be conducted by Candy Group Pty Ltd at 2/142 Princess Street, Kew VIC 3101.
  • The draw will not be open to the public, however:
  • Footage of the draw will be posted publicly on Candy Claws' Instagram and Facebook accounts on the same day as the draw (3 October 2025).
  • “If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation. “

 

7. Winner Notification & Publication

  • The winner will be contacted via email and phone within 2 business days of the draw.
  • The winner’s last name, initial and postcode will be published on Candy Claws' Instagram and Facebook pages, and shared with our email subscribers on the day of the draw.

 

8. Unclaimed Prize

  • If the winner does not respond or claim the prize within 14 business days, a redraw will take place on 23 October 2025 at 1pm using the same draw method.
  • The redraw will be conducted at 2/142 Princess Street, Kew VIC 3101.
  • The redraw will also not be available to the public and video footage will be posted on our Facebook and Instagram accounts on the same day.

  • The redraw winner will be contacted and published in the same manner.

 

9. Use of Personal Information

  • By entering, entrants agree that their personal information may be used by the Promoter for the purposes of conducting the competition and contacting the winner.
  • Entrant data may also be used for future marketing communications in line with Candy Claws' Privacy Policy.
