We take pride in having a larger range of nail sizes than most of our competitors, with 12-15 size options in each set. All of our shapes are made to fit most people (sizing based on average nail widths), but if you do have larger/wider nail beds, we recommend opting for our short ovals & short almonds. If you do have any issue finding a nail that fits perfectly, simply select a bigger size and file it down for a few seconds to get the right fit.

Whilst a glue dropper is included in every pack (enough glue for 2-3 wears), our customers love to add our brush-on glue to their order for an even easier application process.

If you would like to reuse your candy claws with the adhesive tabs, we recommend purchasing an adhesive tabs 10 pack.

For the safest removal, start removing your candy claws around the 10 to 14 day mark, or as soon as you notice lifting. Don’t leave them on for too long once they start lifting, as moisture can get underneath.

Or for our at-home soaking method, gently massage cuticle, coconut or olive oil around the edges of the nails and anywhere there is already a small gap. Soak your nails in warm soapy water for 10 to 15 minutes. This helps soften the adhesive and loosen the bond. 

After soaking, gently test the edges with the cuticle stick from your pack. The nail should slide off easily. If you feel any resistance, stop and soak again. 

The most important rule is: if it feels stuck, it is stuck. Keep soaking or use remover rather than forcing the nail off.

Yes! if your candy claws are a little long for your liking, you can easily cut them down and then smooth the tips with the included file.

As your nails grow, the candy claws will begin to lift. As this stage, you can remove them and reapply.

Absolutely! Our nails can be reused 1-2 times after the first wear. To remove residue glue from the back of the press-on, you can fold the included nail file to get in the curvature and file off most of the dried glue. Don’t stress too much if you can’t get it all off as the nails will still hold as normal.

If you are using the adhesive tabs for short-term wears (i.e. weekends. & events), the nails can be reused up to 10 times! We recommend grabbing the Adhesive Tabs 10 pack

Your candy claws need to be lifting on their own/manually lifted around the edges before they can be removed via soaking, so yes - you can still shower (and swim)! We recommend avoiding water for 1 hour after application so that the glue can set.
