Mothers Day Giveaway Terms

  2. Eligibility: Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, except employees and immediate family members of Candy Group Pty Ltd and any associated agencies.
  3. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is required to enter this promotion.
  4. How to Enter: To enter, participants must tag @candyclawsco in an Instagram Story featuring a photo or video of Candy Claws nails worn on their own hands during the competition period. Each tag counts as one entry. Accounts must be set to public for the entry to be counted. Alternatively, participants with private accounts may submit a screenshot of their Story via Instagram direct message to @candyclawsco. Multiple entries are permitted, however only one entry per day will be accepted.
  5. Competition Period: The competition runs from 26/04/2026 to 10/05/2026. Entries must be received before 11:59 PM AEST on 10/05/2026 to be eligible.
  6. Prize: One (1) prize pack valued at approximately $1,500 AUD, comprising:
    • Candy Claws - 10 sets of press-on nails

  7. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
  8. Draw: The winner will be selected by random draw on 11/05/2026 at 221B Macarthur Avenue, Hamilton, Queensland, Australia. The draw will be conducted by an authorised representative of Candy Group Pty Ltd.
  9. Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message within 5 business days of the draw.
  10. Unclaimed Prizes: If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, a new winner will be drawn under the same conditions. Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn 1 week later at the same location as the original draw.
  11. Content & Usage Rights: By entering, participants grant Candy Group Pty Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to repost, share, and use their submitted content across Candy Claws' social media channels, website, email marketing, and paid advertising, without further compensation. Participants confirm they own the rights to the content they submit.
  12. Instagram Disclaimer: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. All queries and complaints relating to this promotion should be directed to Candy Group Pty Ltd, not Instagram.
  13. Limitation of Liability: The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries, or for any technical issues that prevent entry. The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms.
  14. Privacy: Personal information collected from the winner (such as name and delivery address) will be used solely for the purpose of prize fulfilment and delivery. This information will not be retained beyond what is reasonably necessary and will not be shared with third parties except where required for prize delivery. The promoter handles all personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
  15. General: The promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time due to circumstances outside its reasonable control. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. This promotion is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
